What personal data I collect and why I collect it
You may supply me with information about you by filling in contact forms on my website or contacting me by email, text, social media messaging or any other communication that you send me. The information you give me may include your name, and e-mail address. I will use this information to provide you with information and/or services that you request from me.
This includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details and your card details. I process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. My lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and me and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
When someone visits my website, I use a third party service, Jetpack, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
How long I retain your data
I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Who I share your data with
I may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:
- If I appoint other organisations to carry out some data processing activities on my behalf. For example, mailing services, payment processing, hosting service providers, other relevant partners used to help us deliver my website or business services to you
- If I sell, transfer, or merge parts of my business or my assets.
- If I am under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply any of my other applicable terms and conditions and other agreements;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of me, my commercial partners, my customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Where I share your personal information with third parties I will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is properly protected and processed in accordance with this Policy.
